  • Finalization of offer in A.G.M. as per procedure of Co-operative Societies Act.

  • Individual Consents of members.

  • Finalization of plans.

  • Execution of

    (i) Development Agreement

    (ii) Power of Attorney

    (iii) Other necessary documents and papers and                   registration of the same.

  • Shifting to temporary alternate accommodation within thirty days from we intimate that the plans are approved and IOD is issued by MCGM .

  • Vacant and peaceful possession of existing tenements to be handed over by all the members upon approval of plans and issuance of Intimation of Disapproval (IOD) from MCGM.

  • Demolition of existing building and compliances of other IOD conditions, issuance of CC and start the construction of the new building.

  • Completion of Construction of new building, issuance of Occupation Certificate (OC), intimation for shifting into permanent alternate accommodation in the newly constructed building.
